The Menu:

Dinner Options: 

• Chicken Francaise (Sauteed chicken breast battered with eggs in a  lemon white wine sauce)
• Vitello Castello (veal medallions sauteed with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, lump crab meat in light prosecco cream sauce) 
• Rack of Lamb (Baby lamb roasted with mint pesto crust, served with espresso demiglaze)
• Halibut (Pan seared roasted pepper coulis topped with grilled shrimp) 

Dessert will be a combination of fresh homemade pastry and coffee
